No Soldier Left in the Cold!
In the biting cold of the upcoming winter, hypothermia is a silent, swift peril for wounded soldiers. The Ready-Heat II ® Blankets emerge as a shield of warmth in these critical moments.
Activating with oxygen, these blankets provide essential heat for up to 8 hours, aiding in hypothermia prevention and ensuring the wounded can safely reach medical help. It's more than battling cold; it's about stable, warm evacuations, and safeguarding soldiers' lives in vulnerable moments. Purpose of the collection: To purchase 200 self-heating evacuation blankets for the Ukrainian first aid organization Hospitallers.
Secondary purpose of collection: For the operation of our humanitarian warehouse, including the payment of rental costs and the purchase of humanitarian aid for Ukraine.

According to Ukrainian volunteer paramedics from Hospitallers, with the upcoming winter, the demand for such blankets is constantly growing.
The self-warming blankets help maintain wounded soldiers' body temperature, aiding in effective blood clotting and preventing hypothermia during critical winter evacuations.

Requested by Hospitallers themselves, Ready-Heat II ® Blankets are life-saving, disposable, self-warming blankets that prevent and treat hypothermia for military and civilian casualties worldwide.

Upon opening the oxygen-free protective poly-bag, the blanket’s heating elements react with the oxygen in the atmosphere and generate heat without the need for an external power source. They warm up quickly over a period of 8-10 minutes and maintain their temperature for over 8 hours, providing consistent warming.

In partnership with Hospitallers, the largest volunteer Paramedics organization in Ukraine, we aim to raise 10,000 EUR, which we will spend on 200 Ready Heat II ® Self-Warming Evacuation Blankets.
Such blankets are a top priority expendable for Paramedics of Hospitallers - and will be dispatched to them as soon as we close the collection.
